A neat ballet bun is mandatory for all age groups for all classes.

Make-Up Classes
• A maximum of one make-up class per student is permitted each month, and must be rescheduled within the ongoing term.

• No tuition refunds will be issued for any missed lessons.
Parents must notify the studio via WhatsApp in advance if their child is unable to attend scheduled ballet lessons.

Bad Weather Arrangements
All in-person classes will be fully suspended if Typhoon Signal 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.
No make-up lessons or refunds are provided for weather-related class cancellations.
Classes will resume two hours after all relevant warning signals are lowered.
